Your ticket is a revocable license and can be taken with admission being refused. All patrons will voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with the attraction and agree to release the operator(s), affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction. This is an indoor attraction which is held in the dark! APPROPRIATE ATTIRE IS REQUIRED. You will experience audio & visual disturbances, low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp and/or wet conditions, encounter uneven walking surfaces in a physically demanding environment. While every effort is made to ensure your safety, you should not participate if you are: pregnant; suffer from claustrophobia; are prone to seizures; have heart, back, or respiratory problems.
Yes! We've been voted one of the top haunts in the nation by numerous sources, received many awards and have been featured on the Travel Channel, Discovery Channel and other television networks. Everybody has a different FEAR threshold and we do our best to accommodate everybody. You will laugh, scream, giggle and tremble with or at your friends, but most importantly, you will have a great time bonding with your family and friends as you hold onto each other for dear life!
There are several emergency exits throughout the attraction that you can exit from at any time.
Please be advised once you leave the attraction there are no refunds or re-entry.
No, that would be very time-consuming. By entering Erebus you agree to the terms and conditions that are displayed in the lobbies and the disclaimer on the back of your ticket.
Some things will grab you, bite you and fall on top of you! Then we're gonna throw you in a room, slam the door, and bury you alive! How long can you hold your breath?
This attraction is not recommended for children under 13. We have five year olds "loving it" all the way through and we've also seen 25-year-olds wet themselves and faint. It all depends on the person.
No, but it is recommended. Most parents, after accompanying their children through the attraction, have returned on other nights with their significant others and friends to enjoy the show.
Yes, parents can wait for their children in the exit lobby.
Yes, but only on Family Nights. On the nights listed below, Family Packs ( 4 Pack of Tickets ) may be purchased online for time slots before 8:00 p.m. with the promo code "FAMILY14" for a 35% discount. Discounted family tickets are not available on other show nights, so we highly recommend that families or groups with children visit on Family Night. Offer not valid at the box office. Cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Limited quantity of Family Packs available, so hurry while supplies last!

Waiting times will vary depending on the day and time. To avoid the wait it is best to buy your tickets online and reserve your time slot. Tickets are also available at the box office the day of the show.
To minimize your wait, buy your tickets online and reserve your time slot. If you want immediate access go online and buy a VIP ticket.
Enter through the exit and show your ticket to the personnel at the T-shirt kiosk. Not the front Entrance.
To save time, the easiest way, is to reserve your time slot by purchasing your tickets online. Tickets are also available at the box office the day of the show.

If you buy your tickets online, in advance, you should not have to wait more than 30 minutes before entering the front doors of the attraction. Please do not arrive before the time printed on your ticket, this will only extend your wait time.
Yes, tickets can be purchased online in half-hour intervals. Or you can purchase VIP tickets and be escorted through the VIP entrance and avoid all lines.
Arrive at the time that is posted on your ticket, you will be admitted into the building within 30 minutes of your printed ticket time.

Yes, we give away up to 200 free shirts a day to the first 200 people within the first hour, which ever comes first. The t-shirt give away is only valid for people who purchased a full price ticket. Not valid with any other discounts or offers.
If you upgrade to a full price ticket you are then eligible for the free T-shirt giveaway. As long as your one of the first 200 people within the first hour of operation.
We have designated our opening weekend as our Military Appreciation Nights at Erebus so those who have served/are serving our country can enjoy a good and safe night of fright at a nice price. Military personnel can get free tickets for opening weekend through the Veteran Tickets Foundation, please visit www.VetTix.org for more information. If/when all of the tickets allotted to the Veteran Tickets Foundation are distributed, anyone with a military ID or proof of prior service (DD-214) will still be able to purchase tickets at the box office on opening weekend (September 19th and 20th) for 50% off the regular price. Only two discounted tickets per military ID.

The most convenient parking is directly across the street at the cost of five dollars per vehicle.
Six people per group, if you have more than six people you will be divided into smaller groups.
If you have more than six people in your group you will be divided up into smaller groups. There may be a section in the attraction that you will be separated from your group for short period of time.
It all depends how fast you can run! The attraction is just over a half mile walk inside. The average group takes 35 to 45 minutes.
No, you will not be allowed in the attraction if you're pregnant. We do not know how other people will react when scared and we do not want to take a chance that something may happen to you or your baby. Sorry, Thank you!
Yes, fog is used throughout the attraction and there are strobe lights in several displays.
No, there is no such haunted attraction. Erebus does offer 4 stories - 3 above ground and 1 underground with just over a half mile walk inside the attraction.
Yes, if you are in line at closing time everybody gets to go in!
Yes, we were featured on the A&E channel, My Ghost Story: Episode 63, where paranormal investigators recorded video showing evidence that Erebus is really haunted. It's a haunted haunted house!
If you have to ask, it's best that you leave it in the car or, better yet, at home. We are dedicated to providing a safe, fun event for every visitor. Therefore, weapons of any kind, pepper spray, knives, lighters, flashlights, alcoholic beverages, and any other potentially dangerous objects are not permitted inside Erebus. We have a strict "no guns" policy, which means that even persons licensed to carry a firearm, including off-duty law enforcement officers, will not be permitted to bring their weapon into the Erebus complex (and we can't hold them for you either).
WE SUGGEST NOT BRINGING/WEARING ARTICLES OF JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, or PHONES solely for the fact that if lost Erebus cannot ensure they will be found.
Yes, Erebus uses independent contractors for security. We seldom, if ever, have problems that require security, but your safety is our priority!

Yes, we do not allow foul language, pushing, fighting, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc.
Yes, food and beverages are available at the concession stand in the exit lobby.
Yes, T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, shot glasses, lanyards and more are available in the exit lobby Gift Shop.
Absolutely not. The show changes every year, although we do keep some of the more popular scenes. We have a full time, professional staff that works year-round on the attraction.
